Study Pharmacy in English at the University of Rome ‘Tor Vergata’ – Admissions Open for 2025/2026!

The Pharmacy Master’s Degree Program at Tor Vergata University is a five-year, single-cycle program taught in English, offering students both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in pharmaceutical sciences. As one of only two universities providing a pharmacy program in English, it stands out for its dynamic and hands-on approach to preparing future professionals.

Pharmacy Master’s Program (English) – University of Rome “Tor Vergata” (2025/2026)

1. Program Overview:

• Starts October 13, 2025. Attendance is mandatory.

2. Available Places:

80 total:

• 60 for Italian/EU/non-EU residents in Italy.

• 20 for non-EU residents abroad (visa required).

Selection Rounds:

Round 1: 40 places (10 for non-EU abroad).

Round 2: 40 places (10 for non-EU abroad) + leftovers from Round 1.

3. Eligibility:

• Open to Italian, EU, non-EU residents in Italy, and international students requiring a visa.

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) recognized for admission to Italian universities.

• Final-year high school students can apply if they obtain their diploma before enrollment.

• Good English proficiency, assessed during an oral interview.

4. Application Process:

Deadlines:

First Round: January 20 – March 5, 2025.

Second Round: April 2 – July 2, 2025.

• Submit applications via Delphi portal.

• Upload valid ID; non-EU residents in Italy must also upload a residence permit.

• Pay a €30 participation fee (non-refundable) via PagoPA and validate payment online.

5. Admission Test:

Written Test: 60 multiple-choice questions (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge).

Oral Test: English proficiency and subject knowledge.

Scoring:

• Written: Up to 60 points (minimum 24 to pass).

• Oral: Up to 20 points (minimum 10 to pass).

6. Important Notes:

• Non-EU students requiring visas must submit pre-enrollment via Universitaly by March 5 (Round 1) or July 2 (Round 2).

• Candidates must bring valid ID, fee payment receipt, and required documentation.

• Prohibited items: bags, phones, notes, books, or manuscripts. Calculators are allowed (non-electrical).

• The University may verify all declarations; false statements lead to exclusion.
